(Jakarta, 1 / 11) Nur Pamudji officially served as CEO of PT PLN (Persero) after appointed and sworn in by The Minister for State Enterprises Dahlan Iskan, today at Karet Substation, Jakarta, Monday (1 / 11).

Nur Pamudji who previously served as Director of Primary Energy PLN replace Dahlan Iskan who was appointed as Minister of State Enterprises.

Two other Directors also elected and was sworn in as Director of Construction Nasri Sebayang, previously served as Director of Planning and Technology as well as Murtaqi Syamsuddin as the Director of Planning and Risk Management, previously served as Director of Business and Risk Management. The third inauguration Director in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of State Owned Enterprises as the General Meeting of Shareholders No.: Kep-224/MBU/2011 on Termination and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of PT PLN (Persero).

In addition to raising three Directors of PLN, the Minister of SOEs also streamline the number of Directors PLN to 9 people from the previous 10 people. Director of Planning and Technology changed to Director of Construction, Director of Business and Risk Management became the Director of Planning and Risk Management. To the Director of Primary Energy merged their duties to the Director of Strategic Procurement is currently held by Bagiyo Riyawan.
