Bulk Costumer refers to Registered Rural Cooperation Enterprise which fulfill the following requirements:

• Concerning and Run its business on electricity
  power business
• Operate its own medium and low voltage
  transmission which meet Local PLN standards
• Hold Legalize
  Lisence of Electricty Business for Public  with exclusive-right
• Have no objection to have similiar treatment with
  other customer by not demanding any exclusive rights.
