on act no.30/2009 article 29 regarding Electricity utility, the customer right are described as follows :
a) Getting the best services
b) Receive the best quality of electricity continuously.
c) Receive the electricity with the normal price and get the services for maintenance, should there be any problem with electricity supply.
e) Receive a certain amount of compensation, should there be any black outs caused by human error in the operation of the utility, according to the purchase agreement.
