based on act no.30/2009 article 29 regarding Electricity utility, the customer responsibility are described as follows :
a) Customer Responsibility :
• Installing safety equipment to avoid the negative effect of electricity usage.
• Maintaining safety of electricity installation
• Using electricity based on its original purpose.
• Paid the electricity bill.
• Obey the technical requirement of electricity.
b) Customers are responsible should there be any ignorance/ disobey from the customer side which caused loss to the electricity provider.
