New Connection Request

 

procedure of new connection request :

a) Request submitted through PLN call center 123

b) visit the nearest outlet of PLN, bring along the
following document :

  • copy if recent ID Card/ driving license
  • location map (needed for survey proceedings
  • letter of undertaking, should the request is proceed by other than yourself
  • paid the connection fee

Next proceeding :

  • administration filling of the new connection request
  • survey for better understanding of the location
    (technical condition, the closest distance to pole, closer distance to
    transformator, and other technical information)
  • after potential customer had done the administration
    proceeding at PLN’s Office, the payment process of connection fee can be done
    at pointed bank or the nearest PLN’s office
  • Had signed the letter of agreement on electricity
    purchase
  • PLN will connect the electricity to
    customer’s building, after all the administration process and technical had
    been done .

 

Notification :

  • PLN has no authority towards electricity installed in
    customer’s building, since it has already belong to customer.
  • Customer chose Installer company to have the
    electricity installed at their building.
  • PLN had no authority towards regulations with regards
    to electricity installation.
