ESG framework to guide the company sustainability commitment by considering RJPP, strategic issues, and benchmarking with peer utilities. Consists of 10 subtopics and 48 metrics and targets until 2028.

In 2025, PLN achieved a Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) score of A- for Water Security and a B for Climate Change. This marks a significant improvement from the previous year's ratings of B and C, respectively.
