Board of Commissioners

The Board of Commissioners acts as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors while maintaining a check-and-balance function to ensure that the Company is managed in accordance with good corporate governance principles and with a long-term orientation toward the Company’s best interests.

Main Duties of the Board of Commissioners:

Supervise management policies and the Company’s operations.
Provide advice, input, and performance evaluations to the Board of Directors.
Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Oversee the implementation of good corporate governance principles.
Serve as a liaison between shareholders and the Company’s management.
