Risk Management Values
In order to achieve its Vision and Mission, PT PLN (Persero) recognizes that the dynamics of future uncertainties are filled with both opportunities and risks that must be addressed carefully, accurately, and prudently, based on reliable practices of Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC). As a common direction and stance that reflects how risks are assessed in every organizational activity—which will influence the implementation of risk management components—the Risk Management Values are stipulated in the Statement of Corporate Intent Number 0070.P/DIR/2021 concerning the Implementation of Integrated Risk Management at PT PLN (Persero).
These Risk Management Values serve as the foundation for the behavior of all personnel of PT PLN (Persero) in realizing risk management practices in the performance of their respective duties and responsibilities, and in supporting the company’s business and operations, in accordance with the 18 behavioral guidelines of AKHLAK.
