Gratification Reporting
In order to realize good corporate governance and in accordance with the Board of Directors Regulation No. 0076.P/DIR/2017 concerning the Guidelines for Gratification Control, PLN personnel are required to report any Rejection/Acceptance of Gratification.
Such reporting aims to protect PLN personnel from criminal liability under Law No. 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law No. 20 of 2001 on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes, by reporting the existence of Gratification.
PLN gratification reporting is carried out in line with PLN’s mechanism and commitment to implementing SNI ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) under the principle of 4 NO’s:
- 1. No Bribery (no bribery or extortion)
- 2. No Kickback (no commissions or tokens of appreciation in the form of money or anything else)
- 3. No Gift (no gifts or gratuities that contradict regulations and applicable provisions)
- 4. No Luxurious Hospitality (no excessive welcoming or entertaining).
